If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange, or credit. Please ensure that the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the product is not in its original condition. If the package is damaged due to shipping, notify us immediately with clear photos of the damaged package, along with the date of arrival. Please send all communication through sales@aquanure.ca.

Shipping Policy
We ship within Canada and should be fulfilled within 2 business days of your order being completed. We are not responsible for delays by the carrier. Shipping fee is $10 for 500ml and 250ml products. For all other products it will be $20.
